Personal Training



Coaches Heather and Pat Casey are both NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 20 years combined experience. The Peak State Fit philosophy of training is rooted in helping people of all ages and capabilities Move Well and Move Often. We begin all one on one fitness training and our group training by addressing movement imbalances using a Functional Mobility Screen then embark on a program designed on foundational corrective exercise. Individuals are progressed from the foundation of moving better to more advanced movement patterns and strength at a rate appropriate to their individual needs. Our clients are everyday people with general lifestyle goals like losing weight all the way to professional athletes wanting a top spot on the podium.

The Peak State Fit Studio uses Functional Strength modalities with body weight, TRX Suspension, BOSU, Pilates, Yoga and recovery modalities with Normatec Recovery Boots and Hyperice Vibration technology Vyper foam rollers and Hypersphere roller balls.

We offer individual private training, small groups of 2-4 people and boot camps.

Pilates Mat & TRX private sessions | $75/hr

The Recovery Whole Enchilada (90 min) | $115

45 min coached mobility session using Hyperice vibration
technology rollers plus 45 min post mobility Normatec session with
some one on one time chatting with Coach Heather or Pat Casey.
