Our comprehensive coaching service with full-service communication with your coach! Emphasis on data analysis of each key workout with ongoing feedback between athlete and coach. Custom strength and mobility program designed just for you based on information from a comprehensive evaluation. Program design based around your goals, race planning and post-race debriefing, annual training plan.

Coaching Philosophy

Coaching from a holistic approach through the use of corrective exercise, individually designed training plans, specific recovery protocols and mental skills training allows each athlete to develop at a rate and direction optimized for their individual needs . 

We love being a part of someone’s journey towards a goal they thought was impossible for them to achieve. There’s no feeling like seeing people achieve a challenging goal you helped them reach. Peak State Fit has coached people just learning how to swim and athletes to Ironman World Championships in Kona. There is a different approach for everyone but we approach all with gratitude and trust above all. Peak State Fit coaches work with cyclist, triathletes and single sport athletes. 

Peak State Fit founder, Heather Casey is a certified Sports Nutritionist. She works with athletes and in collaboration with other coaches to develop nutrition plans and perform PNOE Metabolic Assessments. More information on our Nutrition Services page.

Discovery Call

  • This 20 min call is your opportunity to learn about personalized coaching and how it differs from other options out there. It’s also a chance for us to get acquainted and talk about the basics of your physical history, goals, and what has worked in the past. We’ll discuss programming options and how we’ll cater to them to meet your specific needs. 

Bike Handling Skills

  • Private Coaching with Pat Casey. Increase confidence and handling skills while discovering new speeds.

Run Analysis

  • In Person or Remote

  • Coach Heather or Pat Casey is available for a run for analysis using their experience as Pose Running Coaches. Each session will review the form and various speeds and provide recommendations, as well as specific drills that will help you make lasting changes.  Follow-up sessions are recommended and are provided at a reduced rate.

Remote Swim Analysis

  • Swimming is so technique-driven and most of us have no idea what we look like in the water, much less how to correct our deficiencies. Peak State Fit coach, Heather Casey will provide details on how to film a short set of videos using your phone with the helper. The process is simple.  All you have to do is swim 100 yards (meters) at a moderate clip and have a helper record your video. Send us the video and we will schedule a time for a live video discussion to analyze your swim stroke.  We will provide you with a worksheet with recommendations, as well as specific drills that will help you make lasting changes.  The expected turn around time is 5-10 business days. Follow-up sessions are recommended and are provided at a reduced rate.
